The violet-blue coloured Wisteria floribunda Naga noda is a low maintenance plant that flowers in September and late Spring. Japanese Wisteria is a very easy-to-keep plant and will grow in the UK or any Northern European country, as it is very winter-hardy. Unfortunately it is not evergreen.
