Returning your order
It is possible that you would like to return your order to us. Maybe the product was not as expected. Or maybe there is another reason for returning your order. Whatever your reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please e-mail us to inform us about returning your order. Although not mandatory, it is appreciated if you let us know why you would like to return the order, so that we can improve our service. After informing us that you would like to return the goods, you have an additional 14 days to send the goods back. If there are any problems related to the delivery of your order, please get in touch with us.
Note: If you plant out your plants/trees, it is not possible to return the goods any more.
We will give a full refund of your order, including the shipping costs, if your order is returned to us completely. However, the shipping costs for shipping the order from your home back to our company will not be compensated. An exception for this can be made, but only if you contacted our customer service before sending it back.

How can I pack my order so I can return it?
We use sturdy boxes to shipping our plants. It is preferred to use the same box for returning your order. You are responsible for finding a new box if the original box is damaged or thrown away.
What are the costs for returning my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. If you wish to return your order to us, you have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Any courier can be used, although not every courier can return heavy parcels. If your parcel is heavier than 20kg, please contact us.
If your order was damaged during delivery, it may be possible to be exempted from paying the shipping costs for returning. In the case that your order was damaged during the original shipping, please contact us first.
