Shipping in winter
In case of severe frost, we may choose to delay shipping your products. If this happens, additional information will be placed here:
February 2021: All products except plants will be sent at all times (unless it is a combination order with frost-sensitive plants) such as: winter protection, gift vouchers and other accessories. From Monday 15 February onwards, we will also ship non-frost sensitive plants such as hardy palm trees, yucca rostrata and others. Frost-sensitive plants such as house palms and sensitive leafy plants are viewed per day and/or per country. All this ensures that you can rest assured that your order will be received in good order. Naturally, you will be informed as soon as your order is dispatched.
