Brahea edulis This is an excellent palm. It"s quite frost resistant and is the only Brahea not to have persistant dead leaves. It originates from steep, rocky slopes in the north of Guadelope island, off Mexico. It dislikes high humidity. This palm is proving quite successful in our warmer winters , some UK specimens having reached trunking size over 10 years. Good sized established plants have been known to survive temperatures lower than -6C. It is considered to be the fastest growing Brahea, and once established its cold-resistance seems to improve with its size.Buy Brahea edulis online now!
