Howea forsteriana - Kentia
The Kentia palm is one of the most beautiful palms in the world, and is suitable for growing indoors. It is also highly prized for its excellent appearance. The feather-like, charmingly drooping canopy of leaves grow up to 4m (12 feet) in length on thornless 1-1.5m (4-6 feet) stems. The leaflets are dark green on top, lighter green on the reverse and bend downwards toward the slender trunk.
Requires quite some water. Never let the soil dry out.
